Braces-Friendly Recipe!

If you just got braces, remember that the key is to replace hard, crunchy foods with softer substitutes. 


Try this One-Ingredient Banana Ice Cream!

Servings: 2

Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen 


  1. Add bananas to the food processor and blend.

  2. Occasionally scrape down the sides and continue to blend until smooth, approximately 3-5 minutes.

  3. Scoop into a bowl and enjoy immediately as a soft serve! For firmer ice cream, place in an airtight freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 1 hour.

  4. Add any favorite (braces-friendly) additions like cinnamon or cocoa powder.

  5. Enjoy!
