Remember to avoid hard, crunchy, gooey foods.


It's as easy as adding a few toppings to your Greek (or regular) yogurt. 


A few favorites include: Soft fruits like kiwi or grapefruit (great for your daily vitamins), Matcha and cocoa powder (packed with antioxidants) and cinnamon!
